Kendrick Lamar (born August 1, 1981).
What’s your favorite rap song and why?
“A$AP Rocky’s ‘Rap God'”.
What’s your favorite rap video?
Who’s your hero or rolemodel?
Name 3 rap songs you never bothered with because they weren’t your style.
“Panda”, “Lollipop” and “My Name Is Jonas.”
Who are your idols and why are they your heroes?
Eminem and Chris Brown. I look up to them for their leadership, honesty and their attitude.
What’s the reason you think you’ll have to fight a comeback?
I don’t think so. For me the comeback thing I’m not that good at doing it. I don’t like that part of it. I think it makes me nervous.
What’s your least favorite thing to make people say?
I feel like I have to always like people because I’m different from everyone else. I like having people give me compliments on some things I’ve done or I have done. I feel like I’m always looking over my shoulder. I feel like people like seeing me, and I don’t want that to discourage me from anything that I want to do.
What’s your last dream?
To have a great career on and off set of a rap album.
It’s been a long three years since I became involved in this space. It’s been an adventure but also one I feel most blessed to have participated in. In a few brief months, I’ve worked every day on the content I write for The Follower and on the game from the ground up. In doing this, I’ve witnessed the rise of many talented creatives that can now be heard in the industry and I want to be a part of it.
I’m currently focused on creating a game that I’m very proud of, one that I have high expectations and wants to see make it far and beyond what I’d set out to create. And that’s where I need you! I want you to jump in! It will be a fun journey with many highs and lows, but I know if I can keep this up, I’m ready to leave more behind and become the kind of player I love to hate.
I’ve had a lot of ideas for ways to help the industry I love
