What states require a dog grooming license?

There are seven states in the USA that have laws governing the license needed in order to groom your dog:

Michigan: USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services

1) A word of caution for the more skeptical of you. You never got the sense in the last chapter of the original story that anything bad really happens to the two characters that appear in the last few pages of a story (so do not assume that those two were killed off or in a big way. But the idea is pretty good and, since you’ve already finished the story, it’s unlikely you will be able to make a better impression that way). So just because they are described as a couple in a story, does not mean that is what happens.

2) I have reread the story several times because I want to be sure nothing has been messed up. But I do not think that any things I would not like have been changed.

3) When characters die, do not assume that they were killed in the actual story so don’t read to death if they weren’t really involved at all. There are no other characters who die in this story, so who knows? Maybe they were killed in a short story/flashback.
